MoneySense has finally released their list of Canada’s Best Places To Live, and although we don’t often make lists like these because of our size, South Glengarry, North Glengarry, and Cornwall all still made the list – while Ottawa stole #1 for the second straight year.
Seeing how MoneySense puts this list out, the criteria involves many factors including economic factors, mobility factors, weather factors and health, safety, community factors.
